You know being a mummy, you will be sad to miss the 'MOMENTS' of your baby, no matter how small it is, be it a new coos or a different handwave. I been waiting for DE DAY that Joshua will turn. I even pray about it that I will be the first person to see it! (Crazy it may seems, well you can turn to God for anything right?)
It happened, on 28th Feb 06, just 1 day before he turned 4mth old, at my mother's place, he did a little clumsy flip. I was so excited!! I was probably beaming like the full moon. Ha....
A mummy's heart is probably the hardest to decipher, you examine his poo more than you ever yawn in your whole life, you scrutinize every single bumps and scratches on his body.
I had a conversation with a mummy, and her baby is only 1.5mth old. And she had already imposed a curfew for her baby. Amazing isn't it? All for the well-being of the baby.
I always marvel the way God made women, He added the 'M factor' ; the feminine, womanly, motherly nature. When young mummies, mummies-to-be shares, the constant worries of the well-being of their babies. I tell them that is " Mother 's Instinct", what God has implanted in us, which enables us to understand our child.
I love this Mother Instinct.
