Received 5 miss calls and urgent sms from Deary. My mum in law was shocked there is no lunch for Joshua today. No, no the mummy is not on strike. Felt tired this morning, had not been feeling good. So, decided to pack a simple lunch for Joshua.
"Good Old Oats"
1 cup of baby oats
1 quater of avocado ( does wonder to skin and have 'good' fats needed by baby for brain development )
1 cup of finely shredded carrots ( for sweet taste)
1. Boil the oats. Turn down fire to simmer till soft.
2. Add the shredded carrots.
3. Cool the oats porridge, add in the avocado and mesh.
Warming : Green gluey looking but trust me, it doesn't taste that bad. Joshua ate nearly 2 bowls of it. Ha...
