He is no longer a baby

Over the last weekend, we made a decision to sacrifice our time with Joshua. He is a big boy, I mean the fact he is eating his 2nd solid and rather independant from his parents. I have decided to self-upgrade him to Nursery 3 with the toddlers. He is really active now, keeping him in Nursery 1/2 is tough. I had to keep him from 'tramping' on the younger babies or 'scratching' them. It must feel really weird for him, that mummy kept pulling him away, when he just wanted to make friends!

To really be back on track with God, and being able to absorb the message fully. I decided to leave Joshua with my mum-in law on Sat evenings and the maid to stay with him in the nursery on Sun mornings.

It wasn't easy, we had to rush back after Sat svc, grab dinner along the way with Joshua. And Sun mornings are challenging for me, had to express, cook a full lunch for him, bring along a really big bag. It was really tiring. Yet I know Deary really wanted me to be around, seated beside him during svc.

But it was really such a great weekend, being in the presence of the Lord. And Joshua, he did miss mummy a little, but I guess the toys and friends make the absence worth-it!
