What's cooking - Meats

Tired with all the same vegie and pork/fish combination. Decide to trial on adventurous meat! When I say adventurous I am referring to Frog(!!) and Beef. These 2 meats are more challenging, they have a stronger and more distinct taste and smell. Babies have such sensitive taste bud, any new additions of food they notice it immediately. So, best advise, introduce a new food, by a small potion, see if they like it. Or mix it with their favourite food.

Froggy Porridge ( from 8mth onwards)

See! all the frogs squash in the fish tank. Spelt G-R-O-S-S......

-1 pc of pork loin
-1 freshly skinned frog
( keep them in the freezer, immediately after getting from the market, if you don't plan on cooking them the very day. Don't look at the skinning of the frog, it makes my hair stand even till today!!Make sure the skin and blood clots are all cleaned out. Yucks! *shiver*)
-3 stalks of broccoli
-1 thin slice of young giner (to musk smell)
-Rice

1) Boil rice
2)Throw pork and frog in when water boil
3)70% cooked, throw broccoli and ginger
4) Serve when cook
3)Throw in broccoli and

Beef Stew (for 9mth onwards)

-Beef flank
(there are different parts of beef that can be used, go to Carrefour, check out their chart on beef parts to use for stewing/boiling/frying)
-1 potatoe
-1carrot
-some peas

1) Boil water
2)Throw in all the vegie
3) Throw beef
4) Boil on low fire
5) Can throw in some pasta or rice
